Co-sponsored by the FCC Student Paralegal Association and Fresno Paralegal Association, our first fall MCLE seminar will be presented by attorney Annette Ballatore-Williamson, covering the the consideration of privileges during review and production of documents, creating a proper privilege log, and new rules concerning inadvertent disclosure of privileged information.

We also welcome CAPA President Mel Irvin who will give an overview of the goals of the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations.
